I had been going to another doctor in Hilo for 13 years. Despite the fact that my prescription hadn't changed, my vision continued to deteriorate. Dr. Duarte-Hernandez immediately determined I had glaucoma and I went for surgery to insert stents. Her staff is extremely attentive and incredibly nice. Dr. Duarte-Hernandez is cheerful, very very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way I could understand. Highly recommend!
