Megan is incredibly gracious in her practice; her ability to make me feel seen and heard has been at the root of my healing. I've had some bad therapist in my time so my bar was pretty high when we met and from the start she showed me a transparency and authenticity I hadn't found in counseling before. She makes me feel like an equal (no "patient-doctor" hierarchy) and truly appreciates the beauty of a work-in-progress. I can't recommend her enough for anyone who is tired of feeling like something in a petri dish under a microscope that other therapists might just look at quizzically and use the 1-10 scale mood chart to label as something one-dimensional. A meeting with Megan means exploring the complexity and depth of yourself in a way that celebrates your unique experiences and qualities. She does her job with love and care and as far as I'm concerned, there's no other way when it comes to your mental/emotional health.
