We went to meet with Megan for a Cochlear evaluation. She was pleasant and extremely patient with my dad. She took even took the time to write things down for him as his hearing has been severely impacted and as a result can't make out many words. She gave us her recommendations and was able to identify a hearing aid that may be suitable for my dad's needs. I would definitely recommend her to others and her professionalism was highly appreciated.
