At 39 years old, I have seen over 15 counselors, as I have suffered from PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, alcoholism and a few other mental health issues for most of my life. So much trauma, grief and sadness behind these blue eyes but I digress. Meghan is, by far, the most genuine, kind, warm, knowledgeable and attentive counselor I've ever met with. Her professionalism, is top notch and she will help you believe in yourself again or even for the first time. She will go above and beyond for each of her clients, as if it's effortless, which is very impressive, because I was a bit of a handful. There was a time I wasn't safe in my own skin and was absolutely terrified of myself. I was at my lowest point several months ago and with her words, I knew I would make it out. I believe in myself more than I thought was possible. I needed to go through all of that nonsense, so I could learn to stand on my own two feet. She saved my life, for sure and I wouldn't be here otherwise.
