It's obvious to me that she takes an interest in my concerns, and I leave appointments having gained critical knowledge and a sense of options about best steps forward. Whether it's a minor issue or something more complicated that I should see a specialist for, she works with me to find the solution. In addition, I appreciate her encouraging attitude about my aging but generally healthy body. From my first visit after retirement and relocation to Portland at age 65 to now at 73, a time for me of noticeable but I wouldn't say severe changes, she's been an informed and reassuring person in my life. I'm grateful for her presence in this phase of my life journey.
