Dr. Chen has helped me in so many ways, including managing stress and anxiety, healing the inner child & critic, relationship with my parents and our cultural differences, spiritual healing, as well as couple's therapy sessions. She is able to effectively and efficiently identify what her client needs in any moment - whether that's language modeling, role play, advice, or affirmations. She's helped me build up my confidence & ease my anxiety in my day to day life as well as interpersonal relationships, and opened up my eyes to different methods of communications and tools. Even the people around me noticed and comment on the difference in the way that I am. I have grown and learned so much from her and would recommend her 100%.
