Dr Whittington was by far the best and most effective therapist that I have had the pleasure of visiting with. A proactive approach with some of the most insightful and practical knowledge I have ever received. He took the time to help me understand. And then presented a game plan that was actionable and effective. He is the top, the absolute pinnacle, of his profession. Thank you for everything Dr Mel. 5 years later and I still implement your wisdom and teachings and practices daily. You have given me the insight and tools to be a better person. When I think of Dr. Mel I think 'emotional Ninja"
