What a wonderful primary care provder!! Very thorough and explains the logic of her decision making. I like Patient Fusion (patient portal) that allows her to communicate with me (labs that are due, etc. and allows me to contact her with quick questions or requests for refills. Never kept waiting for lengthy periods of time. Melissa is very competent and really listens to your concerns and works through decision making with patients. I am 67 years old and worked in healthcare for 35+ years. I know a good provider when I see one. She's the best!!!
