Dr. Pongratz is experienced, patient, and extremely thorough.I am very pleased. The entire staff from the front desk, technicians, and optometrist were friendly, very thorough, and professional; even on pajama day. I will be returning and recommending to friends, family and colleagues. The wait times were excessive from one waiting area to another. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was there until 3:40.
