Excellent experience with her. I found myself sharing what I consider deep dark secrets that I had only told to one other person and some that I had never told to anyone else. She is really easy to talk to. I have never gone to therapy because I did not believe in it. Though a really good friend sees her and mentioned they too had similar feelings about therapy. I went and I was impressed. She said she was judgement free and when I laid it out there she was judgement free. She never told me what I wanted to hear. I made the changes I was willing to make and she stayed supportive helping me explore what works for me. I highly recommend her.
