She is an exceptional counselor and by far the best I have seen. She listens and gives constructive feedback. The breakthroughs that have been seen while in her care enable me to live a healthier, productive happy life. I am very fortunate to have her as a counselor. She does Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a specialized technique not offered by a lot of other counselors. EMDR was helpful in dealing with past trauma and helping me to get back to living without paralyzing flashbacks and nightmares. She literally saved my life.
