How likely are you to recommend Meredith Koss?
I'm in my 50s and have sought therapy off and on throughout my life. I have also enlisted the support of various therapy modalities for my children due to trauma in their early childhood. That said, I feel competent to assess the effectiveness of a therapist, so I offer this review now. Meredith is one of the most effective therapists with whom I've been honored to know and work with--she is an outstanding listener, offers real-life examples and highly effective tools I can use to continue to work through my issues when we're not in session. I have found my true north in Meredith Koss and feel she offers me (everyone!) complete acceptance, grace, and deep understanding in her sessions. I feel as though I am finally healing. I only wish I'd found her sooner! She is now in private practice, no longer with Post Trauma Resources where we first met. I'm grateful she continues to offer her gifts to us all.
