She's very kind and compassionate. Dr. Mervi takes your concerns seriously and is willing to explain tests from pre procedure to what the results mean. She understands that not everyone is an optometrist BUT she doesn't talk to you like you're an idiot. Dr. Mervi treats her patients like a blessing and not a burden.
