She immediately identified the issue with my knee and got me started on some exercise routines that really helped strengthen my muscles and my knees. Her approach was gradual and she only started to give more rigorous exercises once we determined that my injury was healing. Mia stood out to me not only due to her excellent skills in understanding and identifying the knee injury, but also because of her patient focused approach. She was extremely caring and her recommendations are always taking into account patient's personal situations and circumstances. She truly cares about her patients!
