So my son is very introverted, doesn't say much. We were having issues getting him to get up and go to school or do anything for that matter. We went to the Melville location of Stat Psychiatry. First off the receptionists are wonderful, got us in right away. The evaluation was very thorough, Mike got more out of my son in an hour than he's said in years!. Mike is very straight forward, down to earth and to the point. Says exactly what's on his mind which is what my son needed. After several months he's doing amazing! Going to school, more motivated and actually enjoying life. My son trusts him, he maintains his privacy but always keeps us in the loop. I have to say Stat Psychiatry have been a life saver. His therapist also knows Mike and recommends him to everyone with great success. Highly recommend!!
