I have worked with Mike after two different injuries. He is knowledgeable, patient and supportive. He pushed me when needed, cautioned me when I tried to do too much, and talked me down from the ledge more than once when I got discouraged. I regained full strength and range of motion in both cases even the the surgeon kept telling me I might not. I could not have done it without Coach Mike!
