Michael is amazing. I'd never had physical therapy. I was skeptical honestly, I was afraid physical activity would hurt me at worst or at best do nothing. I was wrong. I had 12 sessions over 6 weeks. Early on I stopped feeling stiff all the time, and I didn't have to "uncoil" my spine in the morning. And then, less day to day pain. Now I can bend over and feed my dog with ease! I use things I learned in the sessions every single day. Well, well worth the drive to Barrington.
