I was dealing with back and leg pain for months with no progress in PT until I came to the Program for Spine Health and was connected with Mike. He is very knowledgeable and able to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. He listened to the issues I was having and knew immediately what the problem was, and gave me exercises that actually provided relief. As he suspected, an MRI confirmed I had a herniated disk, and Mike was able to get me set up with a program to keep making progress and see tremendous improvement. I would definitely recommend him to others!
