I met Dr. Jones at a Crossfit competition in December. He gave me a free adjustment and I was instantly impressed with his technique. I went to see him in January after I slightly pulled my left trap in training and he fixed me up nicely. Beyond my neck and back adjustment, he gave me excellent stretches and tips for improving my range of motion and improved flexibility. Thank you for everything!
