I saw Dr Lynch for a few years while I was at the peak of chaos with my mental health. He talked with me, brought in my family, helped them understand me better, brought me into a group sessions in addition to our private sessions. He truly attempted to provide me with as many resources as possible. He reminded me of the grandfather I never had or knew.
