I have been seeing Dr. Marchese for well over 10 years now and cannot stop recommending him to whoever asks for Chiropractic care in Spokane. I have followed him everywhere, leading to his very own practice where he resides now. Between his amazing quality of care and Amy, his phenomenal front desk staff and insurance guru, you will always be taken care of and then some. Dr. Marchese truly welcomes you and wants to constantly understand how better to help you continue to live the best quality of life you can regardless of your current health conditions or concerns. I know when I visit his office I am respected, cared for, and always leave with a smile and a laugh. He is a true gem of a human and an even better care provider. I cannot recommend him and his practice enough.
