From the first contact with his office (they were helpful, informative, and welcoming) I could tell this was going to be different than my experiences with other chiropractors around the country. Dr Massey asked all the right questions and actually listened to my answers. His exam was thorough and his explanation of my problem made sense. His approach was no-nonsense and clearly was not a cookie-cutter plan like my family has experienced repeatedly at other offices. His treatment was gentle but thorough. I could tell improvement almost immediately. He gave great advice on things I could do at home to help my recovery as well as things I could do to need him less! He is smart, caring, and witty. The whole office experience was comforting and made us all feel like family. Speaking of family, my mother also went to Dr Massey and he didn’t believe he could help her. He referred her to a specialist, who complemented Dr Massey for his accurate diagnosis.
