Michael was able to help me with a very difficult prior authorization for an expensive medication. I was unable to afford it and he was able to process my prior authorization and get it approved and now I am able to get Mounjaro for my diabetes. He was caring, he listened to the entire story of my me medical problems, my effort to get the medication approbed, the failures I have had in the past to get it approved. He took careful notes, and provided extensive documentation to my insurance company demonstrating that they would be negligent in not approving this medicine for me. I cannot sing his praises enough, he takes care of my entire family, including my partner, never had anything but a great experience with him.
