I’ve seen Dr. Missory for several months now. I have tried many therapists in the past, and for me, this was the first time I felt comfortable opening up to someone and I always find the sessions to be helpful for me. My biggest reasons for continuing to see Dr. Missory are that he is engaging in each session and is very genuine. Notes are written after the session, so that while you are talking, all of the focus is on the conversation. I also never felt that it was shallow and financially motivated, which I have experienced with therapists in the past, and had caused me to turn away from therapy as an option.
