For me, it was either back surgery or go see Michael Spatuzzi, and I’m so glad I chose Michael! He treated me with such care, and knew instinctively what the problem was, of course I also gave him my MRI and CAT Scan, so he could properly diagnose me and explain my disk problem to me, which in itself is helpful. Michael treated the short term pain with a variety of methods, acupuncture, massage, cupping, but most importantly, he gave me the long term fix:The Gokhale Method. I relearned how to walk, and sit and stand and most importantly, how to sleep without re-injuring my back. After following Michael Spatuzzi’s lessons for several weeks, I was pain-free! And I learned how to “lengthen my spine” with every step. I was even comfortable sitting at work. I would recommend, and do recommend Michael Spatuzzi for anyone with back issues and pain. He is a treasure!
