Dr. Wagner is a professional, and his receptionist is very friendly. The main reason I subtracted a star from some of the rating categories is because I don't believe the Actuator method is a good option for most patients that aren't geriatric. In addition, he did not start with an X-Ray, which i think most serious chiropractors should.
