Deane prides herself on not being a regular therapist, but a cool therapist. And that statement couldn't be more truthful. I have seen multiple therapists for various reasons throughout the years and none of them can compare. By exemplifying and encouraging genuine authenticity, Deane has helped me in so many ways. I am not the kind of person that likes to sit and talk about my feelings or sit in my emotions with a, 'Oh, that must be so hard.' With Deane, she tells you like it is and holds you accountable for your actions in a way that I have never experienced before. Over the past year that I have been seeing Deane, I have been able to set boundaries, improve my self-image, and learn how to be my authentic self. I honestly can't say enough good things. This type of therapy isn't for everyone, and that's okay. If you're ready to jump headfirst into change and improve yourself, make an appointment. Seriously.
