MIchele is a peer of mine and I've worked with her a great deal. I have observed her work compassionately, fairly and directly with so many people. It's incredible to watch someone with so much wisdom carefully navigate the most nuanced and delicate of situations. If you want fair treatment and are willing to be a careful listener, you couldn't find a better person to be a teacher, practitioner, advocate or friend.
