I’ve been in treatment for most of my adult life due to childhood medical trauma which has left me with frequent bouts of debilitating PTSD., and the depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, etc. that go along with it. Michele has a deep understanding of trauma, and is empathetic and compassionate. She is the first therapist in my 40 something years of therapy who I feel like I’m making progress with. She is easy to talk to, she gets it and one feels she’s truly engaged which is unusual for a therapist. The most extraordinary thing about Michele however is her deep wisdom. She understands the human condition, and is a spiritual (not religious) warrior! She’s the best, and I highly recommend her.
