I would highly recommend Michele. I have been seeing her for a little over a year and she has helped me with so much. I had been dealing with anxiety for a lot of years and she has helped me sort through so much of what I believe about myself. She has helped me as I am getting ready to face an empty nest. She is helping me discover what I love and what I am passionate about. Her approach is with thoughtful questions or thoughts I have not been able to come up with on my own. I so appreciate her and how real and down to earth she is.
