I saw Dr. Michelle Arbitell many years ago; after seeing over 25 specialists at varying locations across the state of PA; as well as other states, to find out what was causing all of my unknown neurological problems which were worsening by the day and nearly killed me. She diagnosed me with "Neurotoxicity of the Brain and Central Nervous System" caused by multiple over exposures of neurotoxic chemicals. She gave me a diagnosis no qualified Neurologist could give me. I highly recommend her!
