Meeting and working with Michelle has irrevocably changed my life for the better. I have worked with many therapists throughout my life but I was going about it all wrong- I needed a social worker. It is so natural and comfortable talking with her, yet she maintains the perfect balance of professionalism, confidant and cheeerleader that I had been searching for. I have been working and learning from Michelle for 9 years and I couldn’t be happier to have found her by fluke. She took me on without a seconds thought, when I had been repeatedly told by other therapists that they wouldn’t work with me because of the level of care I required due to my trauma history, mental illnesses and very loud and aggressive eating disorder. Her compassion and non-judgmental approach to my treatment has helped me grow and heal in ways I had never dreamed of before. My life is better because I have Michelle; I am still here because of her.
