First off, I noticed she was compassionate and empathetic in a professional way. As our sessions continue, I find her understanding, in other words, able to complete my sentence or suggest a word when I can't quite put something into words. I think some therapists are afraid that they may be putting words in their patient's mouth but not Michelle. She maintains that right balance of professional bedside manner ( lack of better word) & human kinship with me. 1 or 2 x she insinuated herself
