I’ve gone to a few therapists before but nothing like Dr. Medeiros. Within the first session, I already felt like she knew what my struggles were, could help me label them for me and had a plan to address them. I felt confident in her ability to help me. She’s very smart. She appeared really empathic and attuned to what I needed. I really felt understood and seen by her. The original plan for treatment was three months. The majority of my concerns were addressed within this time period. I continued on with her because I just found such a benefit to continue to work with her. I got way more than I ever expected. I feel whole again. She’s just a great doctor. Highly recommend!
