Dr. Pesca has been one of the most knowledgeable, compassionate, and above all insightful professionals that we have come to depend on as we journey through life with our daughter, who lives with Autism. She has always been our go to person when we were unsure of how to proceed with the latest behavior or next demanding struggle. Recently, we called on Dr. Pesca to help us begin transitioning our daughter into a group home. It was important that we proceed in a manner that would not bring past behaviors back into the forefront. Due to the connection Dr. Pesca has made with our daughter and the postive interactions and trust she has built with her over the years, our daughter is happy and we are so grateful for that. I will end by saying that, my husband and I would highly recommend Dr. Pesca without reservation for her expertise, compassion, and ability to manage the sometimes unmanageable, which are skills that, without question, we have come to depend on.
