I recently had an eye exam at Bright Eyes Optometry with Dr. Michelle Wong, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff, all with warm smiles, making me feel instantly at ease. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, which I really appreciated—it was so informative and reassuring.When Dr. Wong began the exam, she held up a Harry Potter Lego figure for me to focus on, which made me chuckle and brought some fun into the experience. As a big Harry Potter fan, it relaxed me and made the whole process more enjoyable. Dr. Wong’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail in working with my eyes and prescription needs really stood out.In over three decades and across two different states, this is hands down the best optometrist experience I’ve ever had! If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I highly recommend Dr. Wong and Bright Eyes Optometry to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!
