Mickie Valentine offers insight to relationship and personal communication breakdowns during life's most trying times. She is well educated and inspirational. Her experiences and successes motivated, empowered and encouraged a positive relationships with others and a better mental health relationship with myself. Prior to hearing her at a motivational seminar, I refused to seek treatment despite recommendations from doctors and loved ones. After I heard her message, I became a willing patient.
