Honestly, I wasn’t sure about this quiet Doctor at our first appointment. I was, for lack of better words, on the ledge” & this was my last go at therapy. He truly saved my life through his knowledge, patience and ability to help guide me towards personal changes necessary to deal with multiple traumas and profound grief, to set new boundaries & to not be so hard on myself. He’s been the “safe space” I needed to express many things that were stuffed away. There are still difficult days but I know he cares & I am eternally grateful for this wonderful Psychologist!
