Dr. Schechner is the best psychologist I’ve ever worked with. I believe she literally saved my life. She has gone above and beyond what any clinician should do and has done for me as a patient. I have struggled with various mental disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder, severe and recurrent, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Anorexia Nervosa, as well as Bulimia Nervosa at different periods of my life. She has worked with me with these disorders to help better manage them and my life when other doctors and therapists would not work with me. She is a wonderful psychologist that genuinely cares about her patients.
