Mitch was my therapist for several years starting about 20 years ago (!) and now I am back again. That says a lot right there. He has really helped me at two very different stages of my life and mental health. Mitch is very smart, dedicated to his work/helping people, engaged in sessions, and an active listener. He is down to earth, not judgmental, and possesses a good mix of empathy and focus on solving problems. I feel very comfortable talking to Mitch--like a friend who has a heck of a lot of knowledge and insight to share. He is also very responsive and will always try to make room in his schedule to see you.
