Monica listens and cares about my feelings. She is concerned with my best interest. She has made me see where I can effect a change and how I can cope with things beyond my control. She helps me stand up for myself and reminds me of my inner strength. She's there for me when I feel unsteady. She returns my calls promptly and makes time for me when I need to come in.
