I saw Dr. Gilboa in May 2014 after many years of suffering with the effects of cancer treatment, and 2 grand mal seizures after breast cancer mastectomy, I was Dx'd with apashia and just could not get my head straight from the brain fog and the fact I felt like a different person after the seizures. She helped me tremendously with some exercises and upon leaving her office I felt a 10% bettter and it had been 9 years!
