Monica is a wonderful therapist. Other providers I have seen often work at the surface level. However, Monica provides helpful insights and asks thought-provoking questions that open the door to exploring the root causes of my emotions and reactions. Every time I leave her office, I leave with a deeper understanding of myself. I am so thankful to have found her.
