If you are coming to find real and lasting change, Myel Joy will change your life for the better. I saw him for several months back in 2020 and I still reflect on the lesson he taught me. He is not a pushover and won't just make you feel better about yourself. He taught me to own my thoughts and to account for my own black and white thinking. He referred me to Byron Katie who was another excellent teacher to learning from. He has made a lasting influence on my life in just a few short months. Highly recommended!
