Nurse Practitioner Nancy Bourgeois is personable, informative, patient and has one the most nurturing bed side manners I have ever experienced within a medical setting. It is difficult to find a health care professional who will listen to your health concerns and at least pretend to care. I wish NP Bourgeois could teach workshops on patient/consumer care and etiquette to other health care "professionals."
