I love food. I love family. I love working to create a healthy environment for my growing family. Finding myself juggling the chaos of a young family, I was lost trying to identify what is truly healthy and what is simply the latest “food fad.” I knew I could benefit from seeking out the help of a dietitian rather than reading isolated opinions posted on every corner of the internet. With years of disordered food thoughts, I wanted to find a solid, balanced, fact-based philosophy with which to view nutrition. Nancy has been a true gift, and in return a gift to my whole family. After every meeting I walked away with new knowledge, practical tips, and a manageable path forward to achieve my health goals. Nancy strikes the perfect balance between personable and professional—taking the time to carefully listen and then tailoring her top-notch education to personal needs. Our time together has left me stronger and more confident—for both myself and my family! Thank you, Nancy!
