The appointment took place within Walmart Optical Dept. I had low expectations given this was in a Wal-Mart. However, Nancy was thorough! Did not rush through the tests. Double checked. Answered all my questions and then on follow up visits, remembered me and was just as thorough. Never had Optometrist act so invested in how clear my vision would become. She also gave me pointers for getting accustomed to Progressive lenses. Rx for eyeglasses and contact lenses. I no longer live near there but would drive 20 miles again to have her write a prescription. The Optometrists at Target and Lenscrafters have paled in comparison over the last 10 years.
