Nathalie Hausman has helped me tremendously in managing my anxiety and improving my overall sense of well-being. With her guidance, I’ve been able to feel more connected to myself and the world around me, and approach life’s challenges with a greater sense of calm and hope. She provided me with practical tools and grounding techniques that helped to reduce overthinking and anxiety. She also provided practical cognitive insights which helped me to identify and become be aware of my negative and irrational thoughts Being mindful of those thoughts made a lasting impact on my ability to handle difficult situations. I feel more empowered and balanced than ever before, and I am grateful for the profound difference this therapy has made in my life.
