Injuries in my youth caused recurring problems with my back, hips, and legs. Usually the exercises and stretches I learned in PT helped, but the latest episode went on and on. Walking was torture, stairs were downright medieval. On my first visit, Dr. Coles very gently made a subtle adjustment to my sacrum that had immediate benefits. Other adjustments and improvements followed. I will never see my 40s, 50s, or even 60s again, but Dr. Coles is helping me maintain my active 70s.
