After almost a decade of great health, I went to St. Charles ER for debilitating abdominal pain/nausea. A certain, definitive cause wasn't determined at the time. I can say that Nathan was the kindest presence I've encountered in the Med. Community. He was very thorough. I was truly suffering. His kindness surely helped me through it. (I had forgotten that I had recently started NAC supplements. Two days after the event, I began taking NAC again and the pain/agony returned.) Oops!
